Everyone on the team sees the same list. A conference marked only on this computer is not on it yet — publish it to put it there.
Finished conferences. Open one to read it, or copy its sessions into a new conference from step 2.
What comes over: every session, with its day, track, start and end time, title, session type, room, description, moderator and speakers — plus any track names those sessions use.
What stays as it is here: this conference's name, dates, location, time zone, banner, registration links and web address. Nothing about the source conference is written back to it.
The dates are yours, not the source's. Sessions are laid onto this conference's own start and end dates, day one onto day one, in order. If the source runs more days than this one, its extra days land on your last day.
Check afterwards: titles naming the old city or year; times that assumed a different venue day; moderators and panelists who are not speaking at this event; rooms that do not exist here.
It replaces every session on screen. Copy first, then author.
